Our Story
Lago estate agents, formed in january 1999, has at its disposal a variety of properties (flats, family homes, plots of land, farmhouses, chalets, etc...) on the Levante (east) coast of Majorca.
Claudia Gelabert, proprietor of Lago Real Estate, has since 1989 experience in this line of work based in Berlin-West and Postdam (Jentzsch Immobilien 1989 - 1998) gaining a broad knowledge of the Spanish and German markets.
What we do
Acquisition of the requested property of the customer, free estimation of the property for the seller, the adequate presentation includes use of all online and print media on the real estate market and Social Media, etc.
Assisting buyers and sellers with legal matters, preparation of all documents for the purchase of a property. Attendance and advice during the notary appointment (we speak german, english, spanish, italian and catalan) .We can provide and guarantee a serious and professional real estate transaction.
